1. Express one continuous line of gel along the lower half of the cheek side of each custom tray. Use 1⁄3 to 1⁄2 of syringe per arch.
2. Lightly tap tray to adapt tray sides to teeth. Wear Opalescence 10% gel for 8–10 hours or overnight
3. Remove excess gel with soft toothbrush. Do not swallow rinsed gel.
4. Clean tray with soft brush and water.

• Ingestion of small amounts of gel during use is expected. If large amounts of gel are ingested, drink large amounts of water and contact your healthcare provider. If gel is aspirated, seek immediate medical attention.
• Do not eat, drink, smoke, or use tobacco products while whitening trays are in place.
• Use only dentist-recommended trays with this product.
• Stop whitening 7–10 days prior to any dental appointment.
